Y'all I did it! I really took the time to create a damn blog. Like what?
So last night I went to dinner with one of my best friends, we talked about our plans for the future and all the things that we want to do before this year ends. I told her about this constant thought I've had about starting a blog, and of course my good sis was so excited for me. If you know me, you know that back in the day if I wanted to start something I would not hesitate. Lately, my little anxiety friend has been holding me back, like majorly. I rarely like to leave the house because of how bad it gets and new things/change is definitely a trigger. So, for me to actually have taken some "me time" today to get this process started.. that's a big deal. And I promise I don't care if to the next person just getting online and writing a passage here and there is something small, to me this is HUGE. I'm proud of myself! Not going to lie, I hesitated a little and all the bad thoughts came up but I'm here. I owe this to myself, and who knows this might be just what I need to start the journey of finding myself, healing and growing into the woman I really want to be.
